To commit to a charter is more than simply announcing the operation of a new project. It is an agreement, a real commitment. It implies expectations for the future. It is a declaration of commitment towards the user.
In its continuous strive for improvement of its operation, the Federal Public Service for Social Integration undertakes to realise efficient, high-quality and customer-oriented services through the development of a Front desk. This charter lists the principles of that commitment. They ensue from the 2007-2009 Federal Public Service for Social Integration’s management plan. The commitments included in the Charter are measured quarterly and adapted where necessary.
